• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health backgrounds, strengths, and current challenges, tailoring the treatment approach accordingly.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused approaches.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that set clear, measurable goals and outline specific interventions to track clients' progress.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care that respects the holistic needs of each client.
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance in times of need.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, enhancing the therapeutic experience by fostering group dynamics and sharing valuable resources with participants.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient demographic, including individuals from varied cultural backgrounds, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking support for their mental health needs. Your training and experience will enable you to provide culturally competent care that respects and honors the unique perspectives and experiences of each client. This role is pivotal in transforming not only the lives of clients but also the community at large.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that facilitate building rapport with clients.

• At least two years of experience working in mental health or outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated capability in treating a variety of mental health disorders and challenges within a therapeutic context.
