• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' challenges, backgrounds, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' psychological, emotional, and social challenges.
• Utilize talk therapy techniques to facilitate discussions around clients' issues, helping them to articulate their feelings and thoughts.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Educate clients on therapy expectations and financial commitments, providing clarity to encourage engagement and adherence.
• Promote self-reflection and coping strategies, fostering skills that clients can apply outside of therapy sessions.
