• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions focusing on specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges using approaches that suit each client’s unique profile.
• Engage clients in establishing realistic therapeutic goals, routinely monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct remote sessions, ensuring comfort and accessibility for clients who may have difficulty attending in-office appointments.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that all client interactions are documented appropriately.

As part of the Barcino Counseling Center, you will provide support to clients navigating emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker-C (LCSW-C), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
• A strong foundation in empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach, essential for connecting with clients and fostering open dialogues around their mental health struggles.

• Previous experience in a private practice or community health environment is preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of teletherapy approaches and modalities.
• Familiarity with varied cultural perspectives on mental health, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
• Experience with documentation standards and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
