This position allows counselors to operate primarily in a remote setting, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for both therapists and clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, ensuring the creation of tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques in individual sessions, customizing therapeutic approaches to effectively address diverse client issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may prefer or require virtual sessions due to geographical barriers or personal preferences.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to fulfill ethical standards and regulatory requirements while promoting accountability.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, seminars, and supervision to enhance clinical competencies and stay informed on the latest therapeutic methodologies.

The clients you serve will encompass a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges. You will deliver individualized care that respects the unique cultural, socioeconomic, and personal contexts of each client, ensuring a holistic approach to mental wellness.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ struggles, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
