• Conduct intake assessments with prospective clients to identify emotional and financial commitments, helping inform their therapeutic journey.
• Engage meaningfully with clients to examine their unique difficulties and resources, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions through various modalities, including talk therapy, while offering adaptive strategies for sustainable behavioral changes.
• Monitor client adherence to treatment recommendations and maintain open communication to adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their feedback and progress.
• Promote self-reflection among clients and equip them with coping techniques to foster nurturing and supportive relationships.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role is crucial in guiding clients toward personal growth and resilience by addressing their unique life stories and adapting your approach to meet their specific cultural contexts.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with proven experience working in a clinical setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and document treatment plans.
• A demonstrated commitment to providing culturally sensitive counseling and a strong community orientation.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
