  • Facilitate grief and loss counseling for clients and their families navigating end-of-life issues, promoting healing and resilience.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on the geriatric population, providing much-needed emotional support during significant life changes, including loss, transition, and age-related challenges. Our clients often face complex emotional issues stemming from isolation, chronic illness, and bereavement. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that facilitate an empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to create a trusting environment that encourages clients to express their thoughts and feelings openly.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on geriatric clients being highly preferred.
  • Experience in addiction counseling and knowledge of related treatment methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
  • A substantial sign-on bonus designed to acknowledge your commitment to our team and clients.
  • Flexible scheduling options enabling you to create a work routine that suits your personal lifestyle, whether as your main source of income or a supplemental role.
  • No marketing expenses or administrative burdens to worry about, allowing you to focus entirely on client care.
