About the Role:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Remote Cruise & Island Vacation Coordinator to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating memorable cruise and island getaway experiences. In this remote role, you will act as the primary point of contact for travelers, helping them navigate ocean and river cruise itineraries, tropical island destinations, resort accommodations, excursion options, and travel logistics from start to finish.

This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills, an enthusiasm for the travel and hospitality industry, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients via phone, email, video, or digital messaging to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.
  • Research, organize, and present customized cruise itineraries, island resort packages, and destination activities.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including cruise cabin selections, flights, transfers, resort stays, excursions, and travel protection options.
  • Manage client bookings, monitor confirmation details, track payment schedules, and review travel documents for accuracy.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with clients before, during, and after their travel.
  • Keep organized records of client interactions, preferences, and booking details.

Requirements
