What's the position?
As an Analyst - Operations Regulatory Risk you'll be an integral part of our Regulatory Risk team within Customer Operations, primarily focus on the compliance, monitoring, testing, and documentation of controls within Operational teams. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within our operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in development and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the organisation, including regular reviews and updates as necessary.
  • Engaging effectively with internal stakeholders across different areas to drive alignment and collaboration on risk management initiatives.
  • Conducting assessments of existing controls to identify gaps and weaknesses and recommending enhancements to mitigate compliance risks effectively
  • Write and maintain SOPs and Internal Controls documentation up to date, making sure everything is clear, accurate, and easy to follow.
  • Work closely with different teams across multiple projects at once, prioritizing and triaging requests based on what's most urgent.
  • Stay highly organized while managing competing priorities; experience with SharePoint is a plus.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry.

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
