Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients across Kentucky. In this role, you will conduct telehealth sessions, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and support clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. This role is best suited for an LPCC who enjoys consistent client care, clear documentation, and a structured remote work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Develop and update client treatment plans based on goals and progress
  • Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on client needs
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Identify safety concerns and follow required risk assessment procedures
  • Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate
  • Follow ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards for telehealth counseling

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LPCC license in Kentucky
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or groups
  • Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
