• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, in both individual and group settings.
• Develop tailored treatment plans set with specific goals and interventions designed to meet each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary to support clients in acute situations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that complies with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to couples facing relationship challenges and families managing conflict or trauma. • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license in marriage and family therapy or equivalent credentials is required.

• Previous experience in a clinical or counseling setting with adult and child populations preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and credentials.
