Summary:

Manage a team of fixed income analysts and traders that provide internally vetted fixed instruments to purchase in client accounts. Manage and oversee a series of Fixed Income Strategies. Participate in the Asset Allocation process of the firm. Member of Investment Policy Committee.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • CFA Charter Holder preferred.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the fixed income strategy.
  • Oversee fixed income research and guide investment portfolio managers.
  • Manage the fixed income buy-list and hold-list.
  • Support risk management framework and collaborate with the investment strategy team.
  • Represent Huntington in internal/external presentations and support sales efforts for Wealth Management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor market trends/conditions.
  • Develop actionable investment insights and communicate fixed income strategy to stakeholders.
  • Support cross-sell initiatives and provide training on fixed income concepts.
  • Review enhanced Leveraged Cash Flow due diligence when appropriate.
  • Assist Payments Advisors/Relationship Managers in structuring transactions and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the approval process for requested limits, amendments, waivers, and consents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
