  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, architecture, and operations
  • Experience owning product roadmaps, release planning, and delivery execution for tax, finance, regulatory, or compliance technology platforms
  • Experience managing portfolios, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics across multiple workstreams
  • Experience using Agile delivery methods and software development lifecycle controls for enterprise applications
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading product development for tax technology platforms
  • Experience working in a professional services organization or large enterprise internal technology organization
  • Experience with cloud modernization, application integration, and workflow automation
  • Experience partnering with tax leadership to translate business requirements into product capabilities
