• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a solid foundation for treatment planning.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches—to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals, and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care for clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure client safety during emergencies.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, educational classes, and support groups that foster community and shared experiences among clients.

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals struggling with a variety of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Our diverse clientele requires a compassionate and skilled approach, as you work with clients from different backgrounds, each with their unique set of challenges and strengths.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating your clinical proficiency and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and clinical approaches to mental health care.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
• Additional certifications in specialty areas, such as trauma-informed care or grief counseling, are advantageous.
