Job description

Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for U.S. Trade and Development Agency solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Services. This contingent, intermittent role is focused on airport PPP structuring, project finance, ECA participation and transaction risk.
Role responsibilities:
•Assess financing structures, commercial terms, risk allocation and bankability.
•Identify potential ECA, DFI and private-capital pathways relevant to U.S. aviation exports.
•Define transaction workstreams, due-diligence requirements, sensitivities and decision gates.
Evidence sought:
•Senior airport, infrastructure or transport project-finance experience.
•Representative PPP, ECA, DFI or lender-advisory assignments.
•Experience translating technical plans into financeable structures and risk controls.
Engagement: Fully remote and intermittent during a potential four-year contract, subject to award and written assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for particular assignments and would be discussed and confirmed separately.
Applicants should be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and able to work in the United States. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
