Become a Key Player as a Business Analyst 3

You will partner with Global Talent Acquisition Operations to optimize the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem and ensure scalable, low-defect releases. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and support Workday Recruiting improvements. Work model: Onsite or Remote (prefers San Jose or Western US; PST timezone preferred).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Lead discovery and design sessions to convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Perform impact analysis across Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations to prevent risk
  • Develop and own end-to-end testing strategy, plans, scenarios, and scripts
  • Execute QA and manage defects to ensure timely identification and resolution
  • Partner with operations to facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Perform basic Workday Recruiting configuration (business process modifications, notifications, alerts, questionnaires)
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems Analysis roles
  • Direct experience with Workday Recruiting testing and basic configuration
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows
  • Experience with QA/UAT methodologies and defect management
  • Ability to perform system impact analysis across integrations and downstream processes
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on data accuracy and system integrity
  • Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in business terms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
