    • Build relationships across teams rapidly and coordinate effectively without existing networks

  • Lead Implementation & Coordination
    • Take ownership of implementing analytical models and data science projects across the organization
    • Coordinate with actuaries, data scientists, product managers, and engineers to bring complex initiatives to life
    • Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring everyone speaks the same language
    • Monitor data flows and build systems to ensure implementations are accurate and sustainable

Support the execution of other various department projects and strategies when needed

Experience, Education, Special Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (5 years of experience required in lieu of degree)
  • 3+ years of product analyst experience within the P&C insurance industry
  • Proficient with workflow and PM tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence)
  • Experience using AI tools beyond Conversational AI, such as Claude Code, and well versed in understanding differing AI capabilities
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and model engineering teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally across business and technical teams, including very strong ability to build solid working relationships and deliver results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with non-technical users
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Basic understanding of technical topics (e.g., software development, data engineering, model deployment, Python, Git, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and creative problem solver that thrives in a flexible, fast paced, and remote work environment
