• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional state, and treatment needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their situations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and challenges. This may involve selecting appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on clients' unique requirements and presenting issues.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress towards their mental health goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation is timely and precise.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, reinforcing a holistic approach to client care.
• Stay abreast of developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies, committing to lifelong learning and professional development.
• Participate in regular supervision and mentorship sessions to enhance clinical skills, share insights, and contribute to team growth.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by licensing boards, ensuring that your practice reflects the highest levels of professionalism.

You will be working with a diverse population of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will empower your clients to develop coping strategies and achieve their psychological health goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the form of LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, supported by strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A genuine empathy and compassion for clients, demonstrating a commitment to their emotional and mental well-being.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A solid understanding of ethical guidelines and laws surrounding mental health practice.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, preferably within an outpatient or community mental health setting.
• Experience with high-risk populations or specialized therapeutic techniques is a plus.
