Role Description Athena Ridge Advisors is hiring a part-time Operational Due Diligence Analyst. This role is remote and flexible starting with up to 20 hours per week. The team works remotely.

Responsibilities include preparing for and conducting reviews of Investment Managers' procedures through interviews, as well as preparing written analysis of overall capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Assist in meeting preparation through review of manager and fund-specific documents including due diligence questionnaire, audited financials, Form ADV, and key policy documents. Coordinate, prepare for, and actively participate in meetings with investment manager's key professionals (CFO, COO, CCO).

Draft ODD reports while succinctly communicating with accuracy and clarity. Assist with the establishment, documentation, and continuous process improvement of internal workflows Qualifications Knowledge of Alternative Investments and the broader investment industry Proven experience in Operational Due Diligence or related roles such as audit experience within the financial services industry Fund accounting / operations experience with venture capital, private equity, hedge funds Valuation experience (excellent knowledge of US GAAP) Fund Administration experience Strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and synthesize complex information Strong interpersonal skills to make recommendations to key senior professionals in a constructive manner Effectively interview senior professionals Describe and present findings to a variety of stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and professional environment Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (advanced degree or certifications, such as CPA or CFA preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
