• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Perform thorough assessments and utilize standardized psychological tests to accurately diagnose clients, considering their diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable therapeutic goals based on assessments, ensuring alignment with clients’ aspirations and needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, conducting suicide risk assessments when necessary, and actively participating in the coordination of potential hospitalizations if required for client safety.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other health professionals to facilitate coordinated and integrative care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client appointments and treatment progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Assist in the continuous development and implementation of clinical procedures and policies aimed at fostering effective treatment environments.
• Participate in ongoing staff training sessions, supervision meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices.
