Bridge Impact Mind Builders Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. This full-time, remote position focuses on providing crisis intervention and mental health counseling services to individuals facing substance misuse and emotional crises. We utilize evidence-based practices to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

This position operates in a telehealth facility, providing flexibility and the ability to reach clients across diverse locations. The work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As a fully remote role, counselors will leverage technology to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and follow-up care, ensuring clients receive timely support regardless of their circumstances.

• Conduct crisis assessments and implement interventions for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
• Offer immediate support and counseling to clients in distress, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary to ensure client safety and manage crises effectively.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and recommend additional support services or referrals to facilitate clients' recovery paths.
• Utilize crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques to effectively handle high-stress situations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training in crisis counseling and trauma-informed care methodologies.

This role will focus on working with individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including those affected by addiction, trauma, emotional crises, and suicidal ideation. Counselors will employ a culturally sensitive approach to support a diverse client base, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual.

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is required.
• A minimum of three years of recent experience in providing crisis intervention and mental health counseling services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and crisis counseling best practices.
• Strong skills in conducting rapid assessments and formulating personalized crisis intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying evidence-based crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients in crisis.
• Ability to navigate ethical and legal standards relevant to crisis counseling.

• Specialization or additional training in addiction therapy, trauma counseling, or emergency mental health interventions.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations or high-risk individuals in a telehealth setting.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and skill level, with opportunities for salary adjustments based on performance and contributions.
