• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, both virtually and in community settings.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that align with client needs, ensuring access to necessary services and resources.
• Conduct evidence-based, developmentally appropriate screening and coordinate additional assessments when required.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to client presentations and specific requests for services.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to promote collaboration, share insights, and strategize on enhanced care delivery.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports and maintaining compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, employing effective risk management and response techniques.
• Identify, prevent, and report potential safety concerns, utilizing established protocols to maintain a secure environment for all clients.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance agency service delivery.
• Maintain on-call coverage during and after program hours, as assigned, to support client needs.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
