Position Details
Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Indiana. This role is focused on meaningful one-on-one clinical work: meeting with clients through a secure telehealth platform, learning what they are experiencing, and helping them work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns with practical care.
As an LMHC in this position, your day will center around therapy sessions, clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing client progress. You will work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, life changes, and relationship concerns while helping them build tools they can use beyond each session.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and review client history, symptoms, and goals
  • Create treatment plans that reflect each client's needs and progress
  • Help clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and adjustment concerns
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and update care plans when needed
  • Follow HIPAA, Indiana licensure requirements, and ethical counseling standards
  • Identify risk concerns and follow appropriate clinical protocols

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services
  • Comfortable delivering therapy in a remote setting
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and sound judgment
