Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Brightside offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this strong financial compensation, we provide malpractice and tail insurance coverage, allowing our counselors to practice with confidence.

We offer flexible work schedules from Monday to Sunday, enabling you to balance professional and personal commitments without the burden of on-call duties. Both W-2 and 1099 employment options are available for LPCs in high-demand states.
