This position primarily operates in a remote setting, providing flexibility for both the clinician and the clients served. Our detox center leverages state-of-the-art telehealth technology to ensure clients receive timely access to care. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health and substance use concerns, along with their unique strengths and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and progress, with ongoing adjustments as necessary.
• Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless coordination of care across all services.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support group meetings, engaging clients in effective peer support and communal learning.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when facing acute client situations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster effective therapist-client relationships.

• Knowledge of local resources and community support systems is a plus.
