The Global Program Director is the senior accountable leader for the BridgeNet Solutions managed 4PL program for key clients, responsible for the successful delivery of all agreed scope, program governance, team leadership, and the long‑term strategic client relationship. This role oversees a global multidisciplinary team spanning Control Tower operations, Supply Chain Engineering, Technology, and Implementation functions across all program phases. The Global Program Director ensures regional KPIs are met, manages program budget and scope changes, and drives future roadmap planning in partnership with key client leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep 4PL program experience, executive‑level stakeholder management, and a proven record delivering complex global supply chain transformation programs.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and sustain a comprehensive program infrastructure supporting all scope, governance, timelines, and communication protocols across all program phases and geographies.
  • Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for Client, ensuring sustained client satisfaction and proactively identifying opportunities for expanded value delivery.
  • Manage all team resourcing across functional workgroups, ensuring appropriate staffing, phased onboarding, and skill alignment from Phase 0 through steady‑state operations.
  • Own and manage the full program budget, tracking actuals vs. plan and reporting variances to executive sponsorship with corrective action recommendations.
  • Govern project scope change requests, conducting impact assessments and escalating to executive sponsorship as appropriate to maintain contractual alignment.
  • Ensure an effective project governance framework is operational including SteerCo cadences, RAID log management, and clear decision‑right frameworks across all workgroups.
  • Lead creation of the global PM approach ensuring it supports defined scope, deliverables, and expected outputs across all program workgroups.
  • Manage global communications strategy ensuring the right stakeholders receive the right information at the right cadence throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive global alignment across Control Tower, Supply Chain Engineering, Technology, and client‑side counterparts, resolving cross‑functional conflicts and priorities.
  • Conduct regional performance reviews with Client leadership, presenting KPI performance, continuous improvement outcomes, and strategic roadmap progress.
  • Lead future planning, roadmap adjustments, and scope evolution, incorporating client feedback, operational learnings, and emerging supply chain opportunities.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree also preferred.

Years of Experience: 12+ years in managed logistics, 4PL/3PL program management, or global supply chain operations with full P&L and client relationship accountability.

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale 4PL or managed logistics programs for Fortune 500 clients with ownership of scope, budget, and performance SLAs.
  • Executive‑level stakeholder management with ability to align cross‑functional, multi‑geography teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Deep expertise in global supply chain operations including transportation management, freight procurement, customs compliance, and inventory strategy.
  • Strong program governance, risk management, and escalation capabilities across complex multi‑party global delivery environments.
  • Proficiency with TMS platforms, project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet), and executive‑level reporting frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in oil and gas or energy sector supply chain, particularly upstream or remote offshore operations logistics.
  • Familiarity with BridgeNet platforms including Xonar, Smart Navigator, Risk Monitor, or equivalent SCM solutions.
