Work EnvironmentThis role operates within an outpatient office setting, primarily working remotely to provide mental health services to students. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students that take into account their individual history, current concerns, and risk factors.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans collaboratively with students, focusing on fostering emotional well-being and resilience.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy in individual and group therapy sessions.
- Facilitate therapy sessions to enable students’ personal growth, emotional regulation, and development of coping strategies.
- Coordinate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive, multi-faceted care.

Qualifications- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
