What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
  • Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model, data ingestion process as well as Arcadia’s core risk adjustment, medical economics and quality calculations
In 6 months
  • Be able to understand the entire arcadia data pipeline understanding how the different pieces operate together
  • Lead complex discussions with Arcadia customers to guide them through decision making and how to optimize their use of the product
  • Be regularly contributing to Arcadia’s core IP improving our validation process as well as partnering with our engineering team to improve how our product operates
In 12 months
  • Be an internal expert in Arcadia’s product and able to regularly support internal and external teams to maximize their decisions around data
  • Be an expert in Arcadia’s claims and clinical feeds understanding the end to end process and regularly being able to explain complex decisions to our customers
What You'll Be Doing
  • Working with Arcadia customers to help solve complex business needs within the platform  
  • Helping a customer gain trust in our data by explaining the transformations taking place
  • Partnering with technical operators to build complex customizations
  • Contributing to Arcadia’s new validation engine to ensure it’s best in class checks from a top end analyst
  • Be an internal expert in claims data, clinical data, and how that data flows through the Arcadia system
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of clinical data
  • Data Feeds, understanding of their strengths and weaknesses: FHIR, HL7, CCD, full extracts
  • Data Terminology, ICDs, SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, etc.
  • Data Types (e.g. PAMPI), common challenges and how they are leveraged by health systems, ACOs, and payers
  • Strong experience with value-based care
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, leveraging AI tooling to stay organized and efficient
  • Genuine desire to learn and apply AI tools for operational efficiency
Would Love For You To Have
  • Proficiency with SQL - This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of SQL, and the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with complex databases
  • Experience working for a health system, ACO, CIN or insurer
