• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address various psychological issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique psychological needs and concerns.
• Gather comprehensive bio-psycho-social data through interviews, assessment tools, and clinical observations to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Utilize clinical judgment in analyzing assessment data to determine appropriate diagnoses and guide therapeutic interventions.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • Possession of a valid mental health licensure such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the latest medical coding, documentation practices, and telehealth methodologies.
• Strong ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and focus.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling setting, ideally in telehealth.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused therapy, and more.
• Experience working with a diverse range of populations, providing culturally competent care.
