Salary Range: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy through a remote care model. This role involves helping clients understand their concerns, identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward healthier daily functioning.

Your day-to-day work will include virtual sessions, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and follow-up care. The role is clinical, structured, and focused on giving clients reliable support from a licensed professional who can guide them through personal and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth appointments
  • Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
  • Build individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical needs
  • Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, family conflict, and major life changes
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes and plan updates
  • Track client response to treatment and make thoughtful adjustments when needed
  • Provide psychoeducation and practical coping tools during sessions
  • Follow all telehealth, privacy, and documentation requirements
  • Refer clients to additional care when symptoms or risk levels require added support

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Florida
