Who We're Seeking

Qvest is seeking an experienced technology leader to scale and strengthen our footprint within the Parks & Resorts space. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will drive business development, oversee complex client engagements, and lead high-performing consulting teams. This role will oversee business development and client engagements in the Parks & Resorts sector, establishing Qvest as a premier, long-term technology partner for industry leaders.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the Parks & Resorts domain, a proven ability to capture new market opportunities, and a passion for delivering innovative technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Oversight

  • Be the trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders within the Parks & Resorts space, managing relationships, and delivering top-tier solutions

  • Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes across implementations

  • Manage risks, issues and bugs, providing transparency of issue status and creating a process of timely resolution

  • Independently deliver complex engagements with multiple resources and/or projects

  • Understand, develop and articulate complex business challenges into actionable plans

  • Recruit, coach, and lead consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and growth

Business Growth

  • Develop and implement a strategic business growth plan aligned with Qvest’s objectives, market trends, and client needs within the Parks & Resorts space

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and effectively positioning our consulting services within Parks & Resorts.

  • Sustainably develop close relationships with decision-makers (C-suite, Technical, Digital and Marketing Senior Management) based on trust, integrity and client satisfaction.

  • Be a brand ambassador for Qvest, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand, expand professional networks, and identify business opportunities.

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of project management experience for SDLC & implementation-based projects in a Management Consulting role, ideally in the the Parks & Resorts industry

  • 10+ years of experience in the Parks & Resorts industry, with proven success leading digital transformation initiatives & optimizing technology ecosystems

  • A deep understanding of the Parks & Resorts industry, key players, and ecosystem, including: Guest lifecycle & monetization, Guest lifetime value & lifetime spend, personalized & immersive experience, custom park content & licensing

  • A track record of success in driving business growth and revenue from clients in the Parks & Resorts space, preferably in a management consulting environment

  • Experience implementing Machine Learning/Applied AI-driven systems, ideally within the Parks & Resorts space

  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling pitch decks and technical proposals

  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage delivery of custom development projects based on business requirements using Agile methodologies

  • Experience in project planning, including building and managing to project plans, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting status to clients and internal teams

  • Experience managing and coaching successful teams through client-facing projects

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields

  • Based in Orlando, FL or in Los Angeles, CA with the ability to travel regularly to Orlando, FL
Preferred Experience
  • Experience at a large consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PWC)
Travel Requirements
Employees are responsible for traveling to and from client sites as required by their project or assignment, regardless of location. Travel may include sites outside the employee’s primary office location, state, or region. 
 
Remote & Hybrid Work
While remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, client needs take precedence. Employees are expected to report onsite at the client location when required by the project scope, client request, or management directive.
