Regional Sales Manager – Mid-Atlantic (Material Handling / Overhead Cranes)About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on overhead crane systems, hoists, and material handling solutions. This is a field-based role responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within an established industrial territory.

This role requires a candidate who can operate independently, engage with technical stakeholders, and manage the full sales cycle.

Candidates must be currently based within the Mid-Atlantic region


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy targeting industrial and manufacturing clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Conduct on-site client visits, facility walkthroughs, and solution discussions
  • Prepare technical proposals and pricing for crane systems and related services
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Required Qualifications
  • 3–8+ years of experience in:
    • Overhead crane systems
