Job Overview:

Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr

Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical design and analysis of Heavy Duty and Aeroderivative gas turbine components.
  • Analysis focus will include evaluation of hot gas path and rotor components.
  • Execute the design or evaluation of assigned hardware using sound engineering practices and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
  • Participate in and present at formal and informal technical reviews for all design tasks and outputs with Controlled Title Holders, following the documented NPI and RCA Processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering/Science field from an accredited college or university.
  • 4 to 8 years of Engineering analysis experience.
Additional Obligations/Specifications:
  • Prior experience designing and analyzing turbine blades, nozzles, and shrouds and/or rotors using ANSYS.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably NX.
  • Basic understanding of Engineering principles and the ability to utilize these skills.
