Title: Senior Power BI Engineer – D365 Finance & Operations
Client Industry: Software
Duration: 6 Months w/possible extension
Location: 100% REMOTE (Must be US based candidate) 
Target Start: 2 weeks from offer

Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD


Required Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of Power BI development experience
  • Advanced expertise in:
  • DAX (complex measures, financial logic, time intelligence)
  • Dimensional modeling (star schema design)
  • Dataset performance optimization
  • Incremental refresh and modeling best practices
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience building reports from ERP systems (D365)
  • Solid understanding of financial and/or supply chain reporting
  • Ability to independently gather requirements and deliver production-ready dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with D365 F&O data (Export to Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL)
  • Experience in Finance or Supply Chain reporting environments
  • Enterprise-level Row-Level Security implementation experience
  • Exposure to Azure data services
  • Experience in regulated or SOX-controlled environments
