 What You Will Do:

•    Entering import entries in the U.S and filing the necessary paperwork

•    Interacting with import brokers such as FedEx, UPS, Expeditors, etc. 

•    Utilizing U.S. Harmonized Tariff System and looking up duties and tariffs

•    Filtering and sorting data and extracting data with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and intermediate functions within Excel

•    Working within SAP to track parts


What You Will Bring:

•    1-3 years of relevant experience

•    Knowledge of ACE, duty mitigation, and free trade agreements is a plus

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams

•    Detail-oriented and adaptable; capable of handling shifting compliance priorities quickly

•    Experience with Excel at an intermediate, analytical level

•    Excellent verbal and written skills

•    Experience with processing and analyzing data

•    On the job training will be provided and being a self-starter will make you more successful in the role

Pay Range: $28.84/hour - $31.25/hour


Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States.


Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.


Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
