Cleared Mission Technology Professionals Blu Omega is seeking Cleared Mission Technology Professionals to support mission-critical programs for federal customers. This role operates within a Defense, Intelligence, and other federal customers environment and is responsible for delivering mission-focused engineering, cybersecurity, and mission systems support across the DC Metro area. Program Overview Program: Mission-critical programs across Defense, Intelligence, and other federal customers Mission overview: Support mission-critical federal programs through cleared mission technology expertise Key Details Location: Washington, DC Metro (hybrid/onsite/remote varies by program) Clearance: Active Secret, Top Secret (TS), or TS/SCI (polygraph may be required for some programs) Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions Support system design, implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and/or documentation Assist program execution through communication, status reporting, and risk/issue management Follow customer security and compliance policies applicable to the operating environment Required Qualifications Active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance Experience in at least one domain area listed below: RF Engineering / Communications Systems Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations / EW Command & Control (C2) / Mission Systems Cryptography Modernization / Post-Quantum Readiness Cybersecurity Policy / Governance (RMF / GRC) Strong written and verbal communication skills * U.S.

citizenship Preferred Qualifications DoD/IC program experience and/or mission-focused operational support experience Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as RMF, NIST 800-53, STIGs, and/or secure SDLC/DevSecOps Cloud/data platform experience (e.g., AWS/Azure), automation, scripting, or modern engineering toolchains Relevant certifications (examples): Security+, CISSP, CISM, CASP, PMP, ITIL, cloud certifications Compensation Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $190,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
