Empathic Pathways Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic clinical team. Your primary responsibility as an LMFT will be to deliver tailored therapeutic services to couples and families, while also providing individual sessions for each member. You will address a variety of complex issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse challenges
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery
• Grief and loss processing
• Familial conflicts, including sibling rivalries and communication breakdowns
• Adjustment and support during separation and divorce
• Challenges faced by blended families
• Job-related stress and its effects on relationships
• Medical conditions impacting mental health

Through your expertise, you will play a vital role in helping our clients navigate their challenges, fostering healthier family dynamics, improving communication, and enhancing overall emotional well-being.

Your work will revolve around serving a diverse client population, including families, couples, and individuals across various age groups. You will have the opportunity to work closely with adults as well as child and adolescent clients, facilitating their emotional development and healing processes. The role is pivotal in establishing trust and rapport with clients to better understand their needs and tailor therapies accordingly.

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence in clinical practice
