As a Mortgage Home Lending Center Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based remote.This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace.   • Recommends loan solutions to existing firm's customers in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
  • Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients within a call center environment.
  • Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services. Reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
