Qualifications
  • An active and valid license in the State of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally within mental health settings appropriate for serving first responders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, evidenced by the ability to maintain an efficient workflow in a fully remote setup.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms for documentation and telehealth delivery, ensuring effective client interaction and record-keeping.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with trauma-affected individuals, particularly in high-stress professions related to public safety.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and crisis intervention strategies.
