Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with customers from the first point of contact through to job completion.
  • Guide clients through the initial insurance claim filing process, ensuring they are well-informed.
  • Regularly update clients on the status of their account, maintaining transparency and satisfaction.
  • Understand and review insurance estimates, reaching out to insurance carriers regarding payment specifics.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to pinpoint their needs, preferences, and limitations regarding roofing options.
  • Schedule inspections for project assessments.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our roofing products and services.
  • Inform customers about available financial options.

Requirements:
