Lead ABM, Demand Programs & Campaign Execution
Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Canada #LI-Remote
Travel: 10-25% travel required
Reports to: Director, Fleet Marketing 
 
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to help scale pipeline-driving programs across North America. You'll own key ABM, event, webinar, and demand campaign motions, managing end-to-end execution while aligning with stakeholders and ensuring clear CRM visibility into the programs that directly support Sales.
 
What You'll Do
 
Develop and manage end-to-end demand programs across North America
Build and scale ABM campaigns aligned to priority accounts, verticals, and sales plays
Manage campaign execution, lead routing coordination, source tracking, and performance reporting in the CRM
Translate business goals into focused marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline
Align closely with Sales, Content, Digital, and Operations teams to drive conversion and revenue impact
Track campaign, event, and webinar performance and optimize for pipeline contribution
Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional workstreams from strategy through execution
You will travel regionally 10-25% to attend and manage events
 
What We're Looking For
 
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on demand, ABM, field, or program marketing
Hands-on experience owning integrated programs across North America
Experience running webinars, events, campaigns, and sales-aligned demand programs
Strong strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional alignment skills
CRM and marketing tool proficiency, preferably with MS Dynamics, ClickDimensions, Cvent, 6sense, and Google Analytics
You're organized, driven, and passionate about measurable pipeline impact

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 CAD annually. Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only.
