This role serves as a core creative partner on the client's enterprise brand team, building the systems-level design foundations, template libraries, and co-marketing assets that allow high-quality brand work to ship at scale across partner and customer touchpoints.
Job Summary
•Design and evolve template kits that power customer case studies, customer videos, and advocacy assets at scale
•Build and maintain partner marketplace pages, co-branded event creative, and partner lockup systems within the self-serve co-brand portal
•Shape and refresh co-marketing guidelines and brand standards used across partner-facing teams
•Direct outside agencies producing paid social, display, and landing-page work against defined specs and templates
•Contribute to vertical campaign extensions, event and OOH adaptations, and paid social versioning as team needs arise
•Maintain and evolve the design system, component libraries, and brand foundations that support non-designer users across the organization
•Collaborate with creative, marketing, and customer program partners to ensure craft and consistency across all enterprise brand surfaces
Minimum Requirements:
•5-7 years of experience in brand design, performance creative, or growth-focused creative leadership with a portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and campaign work
•Proficiency in Figma at the library and component level, including variants, auto-layout, and shared styles
•Proven ability to build scalable templates, component libraries, and brand foundations used by teams beyond the immediate design function
•Experience creating and extending campaigns across multiple digital platforms including paid social, display, and web
•Strong portfolio demonstrating range across case study layouts, event creative, web, and social surfaces, with references closer to brand-forward creative studios than corporate or traditional B2B environments
Preferred Qualifications:
•Familiarity with co-marketing, partner marketing, or customer marketing creative, including cloud or partner marketplace conventions (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure)
•Experience directing light motion or video work when briefing outside agencies, with ability to art direct and storyboard for motion
•Background in B2B technology, SaaS, or AI/ML marketing environments
•Experience building self-serve brand portals or design systems that non-designers actively used
•Data-driven creative approach with knowledge of A/B testing principles, performance metrics, and conversion rate optimization
