Full Time/Part Time/Remote

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, outgoing individuals join our team in the travel industry. A candidate with a background in Customer Service will EXCEL in our customer service position due to the incredible work ethic, determination, and grit they bring to the team. You will be able to educate your clients as to what is the best resort for their budget and location and provide them with amazing itineraries so they can have the best vacation of their lives. We work with some of the best and most recognized companies in the industry, so professionalism and excellent communication skills are a must! And you won't believe the amazing perks!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building a rapport with the clients is key to being successful. Connect with clients via phone/email/chat/and or social media to assist them with all their travel needs
  • A big part of what we do is researching the best deals, customs, weather, activities they can add while there, and more. We teach you how to get all the info you need, to book any type of travel, whether it be cruise, resort, groups, or more.
  • We book directly with the vendors, and you will need to learn what vendors are best to use for the location your clients want to go to. You will learn how to book air, resort, car rentals, Theme Park tickets, sporting events, cruises, show tickets, concerts, and more.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. The travel industry is always changing, and we offer trainings on new resorts and more so you can be more valuable to your clients.
  • By providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after their vacation, that ensures happy repeat clients. By maintaining excellent client records, you will be able to assist repeat clients more easily.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Smartphone, tablet and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
  • Previous experience in Customer Service a plus, but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Be ready to be flexible in your daily routine since client's needs are always changing!
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in the travel industry
  • High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
