As a remote mental health counselor, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions and meetings from home, allowing for a work-life balance that fosters personal well-being. • Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
• Assist primary therapists by scoring, interpreting, and summarizing psychometric assessments to support comprehensive client evaluations.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions in conjunction with the site supervisor to ensure quality care and professional growth.
• Participate actively in staff meetings and clinical discussions to share insights, resources, and best practices.
• Familiarize yourself with agency resources and services to provide clients with the best possible support.
• Prepare for client sessions by thoroughly reviewing case notes and conducting additional research as necessary.
• Engage in small group supervision or seminar preparations, including video reviews and research assignments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, both in written and electronic formats, consistent with HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to facilitate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring access to necessary services.
• Research and implement best practices for therapeutic techniques and client care strategies as directed by your supervisor.
• Conduct client consultations, collaborating with other professionals to optimize client outcomes.
• Document case notes, assessments, and evaluations meticulously to ensure continuity of care.

At Serene Reflections, you will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. It is crucial for candidates to have a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach, as our client base is reflective of the community's varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Must possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven clinical skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client population.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities that foster positive client relationships.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, to be verified by a third-party organization.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or similar environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies to deliver remote care effectively.
• Skills in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed approaches.

The position offers an attractive salary range between USD 52,000 - 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
