Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborative strategies to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, adapting techniques to foster connection and healing.
• Maintain confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and compliance with ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings, providing insights and recommendations to ensure the highest quality of care within our multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and available community resources, empowering them to engage actively in their therapeutic journeys.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health care to continually enhance your practice and adapt treatment approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services focus on a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and family dynamics. You will employ a holistic approach to understand their histories, challenges, and strengths, fostering resilient pathways for recovery. By building strong therapeutic alliances, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, leading to transformative outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active professional licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
• Proven experience with solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and a personalized approach to treatment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client scenarios with creativity and compassion.
