• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for students to evaluate their emotional and psychological needs, using standardized tools and behavioral observations to inform your evaluation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored specifically to the requirements and preferences of each student.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in a virtual context, ensuring students actively participate and engage in their treatment.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies while documenting student progress and treatment efficacy.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create an integrated support system for students.
• Engage with students' families by providing education on mental health issues and guidance on community resources, playing a crucial role in their support network and treatment journey.
• Contribute to case consultations and peer review meetings regularly, facilitating professional growth and continuous quality improvement within the team.
• Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in mental health to enhance the quality of care provided to students.

In this position, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social difficulties. Your interventions will directly impact their academic performance and personal development, fostering a supportive environment that encourages resilience and coping skills.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential.
• Applicants must possess a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably within school or community health settings.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with students and families from various backgrounds.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence, ethical practices, and social justice in service delivery.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings.
• Familiarity with local community resources and educational systems.
• Background in trauma-informed care and individualized education plans (IEPs) is an asset.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, based on your qualifications and experience. Our compensation package includes:
