JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an AI-focused intern to support the identification, design, and implementation of automation solutions across business operations. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, workflow optimization, and workforce development research.

As part of a broader partnership between SVEEI and Concentric.io, this internship is not only a hands-on learning experience but also a structured research pilot. Interns will contribute to real-world business outcomes while documenting their work to inform future AI workforce training models.

This role will work cross-functionally with teams to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design AI-powered solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude. The intern will build and deploy custom AI agents and prompt-based systems to streamline tasks such as document creation, data summarization, research, and templated communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in applying AI in real-world business settings and driving measurable productivity improvements.
