This position is remote, allowing counselors to connect with clients via telehealth technology from the comfort of their own homes. Our organization offers a flexible schedule to accommodate your work-life balance, with operational hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring a seamless experience for both counselors and clients.

• Provide individualized therapy strategies through teletherapy sessions, developing treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify emotional and psychological issues and develop appropriate interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to improve treatment outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and practice.

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance abuse. Your empathetic and tailored approach will help clients build resilience and foster positive changes in their lives. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and digital communication tools.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques to deliver therapeutic services effectively.

Liberty Healthcare & Youth Services offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a guaranteed pay structure with annual increases and bonus opportunities, we provide:
