• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions to assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and licensure requirements. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, including regular consultations with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate and support clients and their families about mental health concerns, fostering understanding and empowerment in the recovery process.
• Stay current with mental health research, best practices, and developments in therapy methodologies to enhance clinical skills and service delivery.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, from various backgrounds. Our patient population presents a variety of mental health concerns, which will require you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each individual or family.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts is required.
• Proficient knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs.

• Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred.
