We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Booking Agent to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements.

In this remote role, you will work with clients to understand their travel preferences, research available options, assist with reservation details, and provide ongoing support throughout the travel planning process.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, researching destinations, staying organized, and creating positive customer experiences.

Previous travel industry experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing resources are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
  • Research hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, vacation packages, and other travel options
  • Assist clients with coordinating and completing travel reservations
  • Provide accurate information regarding destinations, accommodations, and available travel options
  • Review reservation details for accuracy
  • Communicate with travel suppliers regarding reservations and client requests
