Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for a growing client in Conway, SC. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values professionalism, initiative, customer service, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up on existing leads
• Prepare quotes and assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to help grow the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Previous sales, customer service, marketing, internship, or business experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Remote work is not available
• Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off

Pay Details: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour
